Evidence states
Something Aether saw is not the same as something it worked out. Every claim is labeled so the two are never confused.

| ● Observed | A source record was received. |
| ⬡ Resolved | Available evidence supports the relationship. |
| ○ Inferred | A hypothesis with confidence and context. |
| ■ Unavailable | The evidence or dependency is missing. |
| ▲ Review required | A person must decide. |
| ◉ Outcome | What was observed afterward. |
Readiness states
| State | Meaning |
|---|
| Available | Enabled with current deployment evidence. |
| Gated | Needs configuration, credentials, or plan activation. |
| Pilot | Bounded validation in progress. |
| Unavailable | A required dependency is not present. |
| Planned | Direction, not a current capability. |
