Relationships
A relationship is a link between two things, with the evidence behind it. Aether tracks four kinds.
| Kind | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
| H → H · human to human | Collaboration, communication, shared decisions | Two analysts co-approve a settlement batch |
| H → A · human to agent | Delegation, instruction, review | An account owner delegates scoring to an agent |

Why it matters
Value appears when relationships show what no single source can: a high-value customer connected to a flagged cluster, a purchasing pattern across unrelated accounts, or attribution that finally explains itself.
+How is strength calculated?
From frequency, recency, and the number of independent sources that agree. It is shown with the connection, never hidden.
+Can an worked-out connection become seen?
Yes — when a source record confirms it. The state change is recorded with the confirming evidence.
+What are syndicates?
Clusters of related humans and agents, such as a supplier network. Syndicates are a direction, not a current capability.
